The life of David Gale

"The life of David Gale" focuses in death sentence. It claims that death sentence should be ablished and it does so on the basis that the justice system can always make a mistake and kill an innocent person.
The aim of this movie is to show the audience why death sentence should be banned. This should be abolished from justice methods because of many reasons.
In a legal system, there are always mistakes, and a lot of innocent people in jail will be executed. Important politicians that have the right to use death sentence, would use it leagally on innocent people they dislike or disturbs.
Also, it is proved that this type of punishment had not changed the amount of rapes, murders,etc; in countries were it is allowed. Death sentence is consider a type of "revenge" and it does not bring back the victim back from death when the murderer is killed. In addition, besides the offender deserves it, They do not stop being humans, so they still have rights to survive in order to human rights.
Finally, I agree with the ban of death sentence and the movie proves it why it should.
